4. Ordering and Purchase

6.2 Exchanges – Defective or Damaged Items
We ensure 100% quality control. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange by contacting us at contact@5mafashions.com.
6.3 Exchange Requirements
Unboxing Video: An unboxing/unpacking video is required to claim an exchange. We recommend all customers maintain a video recording of the product unpacking for easy processing of exchange requests. In the absence of an unpacking video recording, exchange requests may be declined.
6.4 Exchange Timeline
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of product delivery
- Requests submitted after 3 days will not be entertained
6.5 Replacement Shipping
- Replacement items will be shipped on the next available dispatch, subject to availability
- The replacement item will be sent to your registered delivery address
- Shipping of the replacement is at the Company’s expense
6.6 Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs to send the defective/damaged item back to us
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- Provide instructions on where to ship the defective item will be provided upon approval of your exchange request
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Dispatch Timeline
- Most orders are dispatched the same evening or within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Orders received before 4:00 PM on working days are dispatched the same evening
- Orders received on Sundays and public holidays are shipped on the next working day before noon
7.2 Delivery
- Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package at the earliest possible time
- Delivery timelines vary based on your location and are provided during checkout
- 5MA Fashions is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner or external circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.)
7.3 Delivery Verification
- You are responsible for verifying that the package is undamaged upon receipt
- Any visible damage should be documented and reported to us immediately
- Do not open the package if it appears damaged; contact us first
7.4 Undelivered Packages
- If your package is undelivered after multiple delivery attempts, the delivery partner will return it to us
- We will contact you to resolve the delivery issue
- Reshipment may incur additional charges
